Ep. 161 – UFO’s Are Being Mainstreamed. Why? & Rod Serling On Censorship

UFO’s are being mainstreamed. Why? Plus we hear what Rod Serling, the creator of the original Twilight Zone, has to say about censorship, and we deconstruct some CNN propaganda.

Ep. 87 – Florida School Shooting – Never Let A Good Crisis Go To Waste (Originally aired live Feb 17th, 2018)

The Stoneman Douglas High School mass shooting is a crisis that the shameless mainstream media is not letting go to waste. In fact, they’ve seized upon it to conduct a massive propaganda campaign that’s pushing a multifaceted agenda. We talk about what those agendas are and we play audio of some of the more curious characters involved. Show originally aired on February 17th, 2018.
Our content on the Parkland shooting has been removed from Youtube for violating its policy against questioning the official narrative. So unless that changes, this episode and our previous episode are only available via audio podcast platforms and the podcast player above.

Facebook Info Control Part II

This is a follow-on to my earlier article from today about a facebook story in today’s Wall Street Journal.
Another article appearing on the same page in the Journal today as the facebook article I discussed earlier, outlines how calls for social media censorship arose in the wake of various news stories (most of which I consider to have been agenda-driven from the get-go.)
(For some commentary from me on corporate activism, scroll to the bottom of this post.)
Shareholders Urge Facebook, Twitter to Tackle Online Harassment
Boutique investment firm Arjuna Capita and New York State Common Retirement Fund in resolutions say the companies played ‘unfortunate role’ in ‘escalating sexual harassment, hate speech and fake news online’

Facebook Inc. and Twitter Inc. on Thursday came under fresh fire from shareholders who pressed the social-media companies to do more to combat harassment of all kinds on their platforms.
Arjuna Capital, a boutique investment firm located near Boston, and the New York State Common Retirement Fund co-filed shareholder resolutions at both companies asking about the extent of these problems and how the companies intend to remedy them. Sexual harassment was a leading concern in the resolutions.
The companies have played an “unfortunate role” in “escalating sexual harassment, hate speech and fake news online,” the resolutions say.
Natasha Lamb, managing partner at Arjuna Capital, said in a statement that it views sexual harassment online as a threat to women and a danger to shareholder value.
“If users feel unsafe on the platform, they simply won’t use it,” Ms. Lamb said in a statement.
Facebook and Twitter declined to comment.
For years, the social-media companies had come under occasional fire for inappropriate content ranging from bullying to hate speech and violent images. But public frustration surged over the last year amid evidence that Russians manipulated the platforms by spreading fake news and paying for ads during the 2016 presidential election. Now, after revelations of sexual harassment have rocked industries from entertainment to media to politics, shareholders are debating whether social media plays a role in propagating this kind of behavior.
Twitter found itself in the spotlight last fall when it temporarily suspended actress Rose McGowan’s Twitter account. Ms. McGowan, one of the women who alleged sexual misconduct by Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, had used the platform to call out offenders. Twitter said she posted private phone number in one of her tweets, a violation of the company’s privacy policy. The suspension led to an outcry and high-profile female users boycotted the service for a day.
The New York Common Retirement Fund’s shares in Facebook are worth about $1.3 billion, while its stake in Twitter is valued at roughly $35 million.
“Social media companies need to protect their customers, themselves and their investors from hate speech and harassment,” New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli said in a statement. “Investors have a right to know what steps these companies are taking to enforce their terms of service and keep abusive content from fake news to sexual harassment off their platforms.”
Arjuna Capital is no stranger to pushing companies to answer for social-justice issues. The firm has pressured tech companies including Alphabet Inc.’s Google, Apple Inc. and Microsoft , to disclose the percentage of female pay to male pay. In October, it co-filed proposals with Twitter, Facebook and Google asking for information about how Russia used their platforms to spread fake news during the 2016 presidential election.

By the way, I detest using publicly traded companies to foster political and social agenda for a very specific reason. One of the best things about modern capitalism (there are many terrible corruptions of capitalism, don’t get me wrong), is the ability of the average person to reap the rewards of investing in big companies through affordable and easily acquired shares of stock. This was even more of a boon before impossible regulations ushered in the decline of pensions and 401ks rose up to replace them. (Pension funds used to make up 44% of the market – they were the “smart money” and they worked for us. Now we run our own 401ks and we’re the dumb money – that’s my experience anyway!) With corporate activism, however, you cannot share in the profits of capital without your money contributing to a cause that you may or may not agree with.

From vulgarity to violence, Dumbing Us Down has turned to Decivilizing Us

Charlotte Iserbyte wrote The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America and John Taylor Gatto wrote Dumbing Us Down–both excellent books addressing the purposeful program of excising the ability to recognize manipulation or to find fallacies in arguments. Since John Dewey replaced classical education with modern education (a process succinctly described in the Dewey chapter of this excellent book: Makers of the Modern Mind, by Thomas P. Neill), the ability of the American public to recognize being manipulated through mass media, education and political lies has plummeted, as has their ability to lead and influence as citizens in the civic arena. This process has been going on in earnest for a hundred years, but I noticed in February 2016–earlier if you start with the speech that launched Trump’s campaign–a new process underway through which we are being what I’m calling “animalized” or “decivilized.”
Trump’s coarse language and tactless approach was for many a breath of fresh air in a world of discourse stifled by political correctness. While I found vulgarity and rudeness misinterpreted as boldness and courage during the Trump campaign, I did understand why people were so hungry for a straight shooter. I, myself, found it alienating and ineffective–insulting rather than liberating. I find name-calling a counter-productive substitute for clear argument and I was sorry to find citizens on the right not urging the high ground. I didn’t make a big deal of it–I view the whole world of DC politics as theater anyway, but the approach the directors of the play take can be informative. That’s why I sat up and took notice when Mexico’s former President Vicente Fox used outright vulgarity on television to attack Trump. I had already seen signs of a vulgarizing of the mainstream when establishment outlets started referring to Megyn Kelly’s anatomical processes (without mentioning that the Trump comment that started that firestorm was the same one he made about Chris Wallace)–that was unprecedented, as was Vicente Fox’s style of attack. I flagged these observations at the time, and noted that Trump would be blamed for the decline in standards, but I wasn’t reminded of these episodes until several months later when I heard open vulgarity on CNN and The Wall Street Journal in rapid fire. I tweeted:

It was only months after that that I heard voices in the mainstream media comment on Tom Perez’s use of vulgarity, complete with accusations from right and left that this was a result of the tone Trump had set.
Sh*t talking is Democrats’ new strategy (CNNPolitics, April 24, 2017)

Maybe it’s a calculated move to conjure up excitement. Maybe it’s a direct response to the President Donald Trump, who repeatedly riled up campaign crowds with expletives incorporated into policy pronouncements. Whatever the motivation, it appears to be a trend — and it’s not just Perez.

As I saw this trend gaining steam, it occurred to me that perhaps we were heading down the path of certain other countries where fisticuffs in the legislature is not unheard of:

It wasn’t long after that thought had occurred to me that we saw a political candidate reportedly shove a journalist:
Republican candidate charged with assault after ‘body-slamming’ Guardian reporter
And, out of Texas, the coup de grâce so-to-speak:
Protest, confrontation, death threat herald end of legislative session
The scripted and calculated nature of all this is made clear in the most recent example of a politician’s public profanity when Senator Kirsten Gellibrand says the F-word repeatedly and comments, “I understand this is a younger audience, it’s okay.” (Might I point out that as a person in a position of authority and respect, the fact that it’s a young audience should make her conclude it’s not okay, and she shouldn’t need someone else to tell her that.)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y3OLD94iyKI
Here are some other tweets I sent out along the way to flag the pattern:

While I observed this trend and flagged it as a psyop to turn us into animals without any hope for intelligent discourse, productive exchange of ideas or logical resolutions to problems with government, I did not expect today’s events when I began writing this post yesterday. I don’t know if this event is related to the #animalization / #decivilization psyop I’ve been observing, but I find it very difficult to believe some of the most powerful people in the world can congregate en masse and be left this vulnerable. Certainly the framing of it is playing into this theme from the get go.
Steve Scalise shooting: ‘Political rhetorical terrorism’ contributed to attack, rep says (compare how Rep Davis discusses the event in that article to how Rand Paul describes it here. Paul does give the Capitol Police their props but Davis is clearly making sure this crisis doesn’t go to waste. Fox, for the headline, of course pulls out of Senator Paul’s eight minute interview the one line that serves the authorities best: Capitol Police credited with preventing ‘massacre’ by stopping shooter)
Perhaps the vulgarity and violence will fold into the lock-down of government I expect as a result of Trump’s focus on leaks and restricting press access. I don’t know how it will all unfold, but I feel certain that the vulgarity and violence that is emerging is planned and is meant to further diminish our ability to have any meaningful or productive impact on our “representative” government.
Update: Well, that didn’t take long.
Access v. security? Baseball shooting prompts Georgia discussion

Perdue said the news “just accentuates: we’ve got to find a balance between being available and accessible to our constituents and the public and yet providing security for our leaders,” he said.

I really hope this psyop doesn’t fold into this Chekhov’s gun:

Update: I also realized that Kathy Griffin’s little charade was part of this whether she knew it or not; and it was also pointed out to me that the Berkeley riots and other student protests-turned-ugly are part of this.
The Harvard Ten story also fits this pattern – BTW I don’t believe for one minute ten kids who worked their whole lives to get into Harvard – the best & the brightest, so to speak – were so unsavvy about the dangers of stupid stuff on social media that they would congregate with each other – complete strangers with a hotline to their hopes and dreams – and risk it all. At the very least, I have to believe they were set-up, enticed into doing this somehow.

Thursday, June 1st, 2017 – The mainstream media claims that their anonymous sources are credible, and that the anonymous sources of anyone who disagrees with them are not credible. Make sense? Of course not. But that’s our new digital reality.
On this episode of the propaganda report we illustrate unique ways the msm cites no one. We show how they try to justify their evidence free claims. And we talk about the, “Trust Us, We’re The Media”, reality that they hope to create.

Nasties v Deplorables

a8d2303bbf2a33f449ca0e3c1bf9460eI hate Hitler analogies & any reference to World War II as being the perfect example of everything that could ever go right or wrong in the world, but I also believe that right now some deliberate parallels with history are being orchestrated or at least attempted, from “populism” to “fascism.” Specifically, I can’t help but wonder if the focus on race and immigration are a distraction from the implementation of The Total Corporate State. If there is a parallel with fascism to be made, it’s this endgame that is the real goal rather than actual “hate.” But the “hater” thing is what’s got people screaming at each other right now, and it’s no accident. Both sides of this dialectic have agitation as a major goal seems to me. I call it Nasties v Deplorables, with examples Ashley Judd and Milo Yiannopoulos, respectively. These guys and many others are getting people to scream at each other and use language that was absolutely off limits not very long ago. Why? I have a theory.

I had an epiphany when I heard an alt-right blogger say he used to get total flak for the edgy things he said and now everyone’s saying them! And I realized I noticed the same thing. I used to really worry about offending people, not because I said objectively offensive things, but because merely trying to dig into the truth of certain identity-based political hot-buttons are in themselves offensive to some people.
(This is actually a device used to stifle debate. A parallel example occurred today in a Sean Spicer press conference [starting at around 26:40–it’s already teed up below] where someone asked what we were doing in Yemen and he responded repeatedly that to ask such a question disrespected the death of Chief Owens who Spicer said gave his life on a mission in Yemen protecting us from terrorism.)
https://youtu.be/pUCoEfdeVTg?t=26m40s
(As if that aside weren’t off topic enough, you must take a moment to watch Melissa McCarthy do Sean Spicer…she really nails it….)

As did the alt-right blogger, I noticed that what I say is not in the slightest bit edgy anymore and honestly, I was relieved–I started to think maybe I could let my guard down a bit and not worry so much about the occasional misunderstanding–then it hit me!
The Deplorables are being egged on by the Nasties and they are letting their guards down–actually they all are, the Nasties and the Deplorables. Every nasty thing folks say on twitter, facebook, and gab.ai (the Deplorable-friendly answer to twitter which may actually be a honeypot if this is the real game), is being uploaded to the Fusion Centers. (Think I’m kidding? Go to Utah.) Every nasty (or deplorable!) comment is being recorded and catalogued. (Every single tweet is destined for the Library of Congress also, by the way.) Perhaps you think that the overwhelming amount of this data or the extremes to which people like Milo go make us safe by making us look mild. Or that the Nasties are worse so we can always use that as a defense. What I fear, however, is that the pendulum will swing back, the Nasties will be back in charge and just like what actual state-agent Nazis in Germany said and thought, what seemed totally normal, even de rigueur to them in the context of the time, what Deplorables say in the context of this time will be ex post facto criminal speech. (An ex post facto law is an after the fact law and it is against the fundamental principles of just law, but I see fundamental standards such as these slipping away.) I’m not saying what Deplorables say is tantamount to Nazi-talk, I’m just saying, the Nazis and even ordinary citizens actually thought what they were saying was just fine, even cool, in the context of the time, especially since Nazis were the ones in power. (I recall a movie in which a young woman went to a small German town to root out citizens who abided the Nazis. It was actually called The Nasty Girl, if you can believe it.)
I hesitate to even speculate about this–not because I hate Nazi comparisons (which I do)–but because I don’t want to contribute to the Panopticon, which is surely part of the plan (unrolled by what I deem to be a limited hangout, Edward Snowden). That is, by chilling ourselves for fear the watchers are watching, the watchers don’t even have to watch! We will curb ourselves from exercising the First Amendment without them having to lift a finger.
The psyops within psyops, like the disinformation within disinformation, would be enough to make this libertarian go the Full Rothbard (that is, if she hadn’t already)!

The Story on the Chatham House Program to propagandize Russia from June 2015

http://www.nakedcapitalism.com/2015/06/john-helmer-chatham-house-rule-propaganda-is-what-comes-out-of-other-peoples-mouths-and-pockets.html

Summary of Chatham House Report Titled: The Russian Challenge. This was written in part by Sir Andrew Wood, the former British diplomat who leaked information to John McCain about the possibility of there being blackmail evidence on Trump.

https://www.chathamhouse.org/publication/russian-challenge-authoritarian-nationalism#sthash.jIQ6oBQP.dpuf

The first line of the summary reads,

“The West has yet to absorb the full implications of Russia’s descent into authoritarian nationalism.” Again, this was published by the British in June of 2015, in a document about the need to target Russia with a strategic communication plan (code for propaganda) in order to combat messages that the British, the U.S., and NATO do not like….in a document essentially calling for the needs to conduct information warfare against Russia. This is a plan for demonization.

The document then goes on to say….

“The West has neither the wish nor the means to promote, or for that matter to prevent, regime change in Russia. But Western countries need to consider the possible consequences of a chaotic end to the Putin system.” This is a pretty backwards, yet blatantly clear way to say that they want to remove Putin and install someone who is friendly to the globalist agenda.

Here is one of the stated objectives listed in the summary of the document.

“To prepare for the complications and opportunities that will inevitably be presented by an eventual change of leadership in Russia.”

Sounds to me like they’re assuming the existing Russian government is going to collapse. What do they assume the cause might be? You be the judge.

Here is another one of their stated objectives.

“Not to isolate the Russian people. It is not in the Western interest to help Putin cut them off from the outside world.”

This sounds like intent to assimilate the public into a world government system. It’s like invading a country that you plan on ruling after claiming victory. To more easily assimilate the people, whose homes and way of life you’re about to plunder and destroy, to the values you intend to force upon them after the invasion and take over, go easy on them during the destruction. The more resentment created within the people attacked, the more they will resist the rule of the their new kings.
